Park Policies

Providing appropriate information is important to us so that each guest's stay is safe, comfortable, and enjoyable. For complete park rules and guidelines, please see your Welcome Packet. Park Guidelines can also be found here.

Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made at least 2 days in advance will be refunded, less a $15 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 2 days prior to the arrival date, the deposit paid will be forfeited by the guest. Deposits for rv rentals and for stays of 1 week or longer are non-refundable. Refund requests for early departure will be politely declined.

Deposits
All reservations require a deposit of the first night. Balance is due upon arrival. RV rentals and stays of 1 week or longer require a non-refundable $100 deposit.

Changes
Reservation changes made a least 2 days in advanced are based on availability and may not be guaranteed. For reservation changes made less than 2 days prior to arrival, the deposit paid may be forfeited by the guest.
